This course provides an overview of the three pivotal eCommerce mobile apps in China (WeChat, Alipay and DianPing). Mobile apps are the crucial consumer-facing tool of eCommerce, and apps in China are more important than one can imagine. Without an understanding of China's eCommerce apps and trends, a company would be disadvantaged in China's competitive market.

This course will provide insights into consumer lifestyles, how businesses make profits using software platforms, how China’s economy grew so rapidly due to these platforms, and what trends are likely to follow with these platforms in hand. These macro trends affect everyone. Having these insights will mean better decision making for one's company, and a better chance to thrive.
